Magnificent location - close to a train station. Amazing beds in our a double room.

Loved our fully-equipped and brand-new rooms.

The breakfast was complimentary with fruit, tea & coffee plus yoghurt, the staffing teams were especially helpful and attentive. The location was convenient in a shopping area, so close to the train station and all the shopping areas. Aoba Ward district was worth staying in. The stay for 3 nights in December 2014 certainly was good value.

The staff are excellent, the rooms are brand-new and fashionable. The breakfast is nice, I really enjoyed cereal and yogurt.

The rooms at Richmond surprised me with their spaciousness, especially considering the typical size of Japanese rooms. The price was reasonable and the location near the main station was convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and always had an English-speaking person available. I also appreciated the free coffee, tea, and ice cream in the lounge. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Sendai.

My recent stay in this hotel was a great experience. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and being close to the train station made transportation easy. The room was cozy and modern, with charging stations for electronic devices. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Lastly, the luggage storage was a huge convenience.

Although the room was comfortable, the street noise could be heard at times.

The check-in process was a bit confusing since we had to use a machine for some parts, but the staff was still involved in the process. the room felt smaller than expected, but this is typical for Japanese hotels.

We had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even helped us choose restaurants and made reservations for us. The service here is top-notch!
